When are new servers released?

Whiteout Survival brings out a new server (or state) when the current ones are full. They don’t have a fixed time or date for this, but it typically occurs every one or two days. If you want to join a new server, regularly check the characters tab in the settings to stay updated on the latest servers.

How to join a new server?

To join a new server, you’ll need to make a fresh character there. Unfortunately, you can’t transfer your current character to that server. Here’s how to create a new character:

  1. Tap on your profile picture located at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. On the next screen, spot the “Settings” button at the bottom right corner. Tap it to enter the game settings.
  3. Inside the settings, you’ll see the “Characters” button. Tap on it to craft a new character.

The newly opened servers are marked with a fire icon and display the time they were released. Choose the freshly created server to start a new character.

Why to join a new server?

There are a few good reasons to join a new state in Whiteout Survival:

  • Fresh Start Advantage: Starting anew allows you to make better use of your gems, hero shards, and manuals. Instead of upgrading less important heroes, you can focus on improving the important ones from the beginning.
  • Alliance Leadership: Creating a new alliance in the fresh server lets you use your experience to run that alliance in a better way. Plus, it’s an opportunity to make new friends within the game.
  • Multi-Character Growth: If you enjoy spending a lot of time in the game, joining a new state allows you to grow multiple characters, expanding your experience.
  • Seeking Activity: If your current state lacks the activity you crave, joining a new state can offer a livelier environment to keep you engaged.
  • Balancing Competition: If your current state has many powerful players who often overpower you, joining a new state can bring back the competitive edge to the game, making it more enjoyable for you.
