Whiteout Survival has announced that the next State Transfer event will be starting on November 10, 2024. This is great news for players in less active states who are looking to move to a busier, more powerful state.

Here’s how the states are grouped for this transfer event:
- Group 1: States 4-7
- Group 2: States 14-60
- Group 3: States 62-170
- Group 4: States 171-274
- Group 5: States 275-399
- Group 6: States 400-614
- Group 7: States 615-754
- Group 8: States 755-892
- Group 9: States 893-1070
- Group 10: States 1071-1182
- Group 11: States 1183-1240
- Group 12: States 1241-1366
You can transfer to any state within your group, as long as you meet the power requirement set by that state’s president. If you don’t receive an invitation from the president of your desired state during Phase 2, you’ll need to be ready for Phase 3.
In Phase 3, anyone can transfer to their preferred state as long as they have enough Transfer Passes and meet the power cap. Keep in mind, Phase 3 operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
