You can unlock access to the Starry Lighthouse on Daybreak Island once your Tree of Life reaches level 10. The Starry Lighthouse Blueprint cannot be purchased directly. Instead, you can buy General Accessory Construction Contracts in the store. You need 10 General Accessory Construction Contracts to craft one Starry Lighthouse Blueprint.

For pay-to-win players, the estimated cost to max out the Lighthouse is over $3000.
